South American Gala Evening  

£45 + vat per ticket

 

Our evening of South American fun will begin with Pisco Sours served from 7pm onwards in Hall 3 Foyer amongst the Trade Stands and Fibre Zone. There will also be bubbly and soft drinks on offer together with a Bar.

The pay Bar in Hall 3 Foyer will be open from 15.00 hrs Saturday.


At 8pm, we will move through to The Newport Suite to enjoy our South American menu. The evening is a sit-down ‘Black Tie’ meal but the theme is on relaxation and enjoyment to celebrate the alpaca and it’s origins.

The BAS National Fleece Awards, kindly sponsored by Rushmere Alpacas, The Penrose Fibre to Product Award and The Fibre Zone prize-winners will all be announced on Saturday evening.

 

Tickets are £45 + vat this year and bottled water will be available on the tables.  Wine and other drinks can be purchased from the TIC Bar in the room.
