Pen Sponsorship Contract

• Pen sponsorship packages may only be taken by BAS registered herd showing at the National show. The BAS registered herd must have alpacas registered with the BAS in the herds name.
• Any promotional material must be in the name of the herd taking the sponsorship (only 1 herd promoted).
• Shared promotion between BAS registered herds is not allowed.
• No bio security gap will be allowed within pens.
• Partner herds in a shared registered herd can be noted in promotional material but the jointly owned herd must be the main element of the promotional material.
• Ajisted animals may share sponsorship pens but the space cannot be used to promote the ajisted herd in anyway.
• For non sponsorship pens. Farm banners will only be permitted to be fixed to the penning sides if such space is available. Banners should be no higher than the height of the hurdles. Exhibitors must not utilise any part of their allocated penning as a farm promotional area.
• In the event of any dispute or conflict, the decision of the National Show Committee shall be final.

FILMED ADVERTISEMENTS ON THE MAIN SCREEN

Create up to a 60 second advertisement at home on the farm using our suggested smart phone app and technique or any method of your choice. This advertisement will be played on the big screens, Youtube stream and uploaded video on YouTube. Your advertisement will be played at the end of various classes during each of the three days of showing.
